| Quan Chi and Frost were great, but Quan Chi was obviously the best - you know he's badass. In MK4 his teleport stomp was his best move (anti-jump), and the green skull that was as big as himself. |

Ok, I did some calculation, and I counted 29 characters at first. Of course for hidden chars in MK2 I listed Noob, Jade and Smoke. I listed Smoke also as Cyborg Smoke.
