With scorpion it's a little harder than every1 else. u have to uppercut and run or kick and run each time. Another tip if u wanna last a little longer in the game kill Kano 1st and save up the 2 small ...
I don't really think of Kobra as sucky fighter or a super cool 1 either but he is still good depending on how good u r at the game b/c his attacks are simple and quick to do unlike some other peopl ...

PERSONALLY AS U CAN TELL BY NAME MY FAVORITE IS NONE OTHER THAN SUB-ZERO HIMSELF. I COULD NEVER CHOOSE BETWEEN THE 1ST OR THE 2ND THOUGH.
