You have to connect to your avatars somehow. For example, off site avatars are linked by a url. Do you have photobucket, or something like that? It would be much easier if you do.

Sure, if you made them yourself go ahead and make an account on imageshack or photobucket, and then browse and upload the image file to the site which should have a url to copy and paste onto your TMK profile settings, where it asks for your avatar.
If there are any other questions or specifics feel free to ask.
