after having a few people ask about our Sages, most recently being Mr Sparkle, I decided to make a sticky explaining about our lovely and awesome TMK Sages.

TMK Sages are respected member of the Total Mortal Kombat community who have been around long enough to earn the rank by posting constructively, being polite, or staying around for a while in some cases.
it generally takes a while to earn the rank of Sage, because well, respect isn't something earned overnight, ya know. =)
"so, how does one become a Sage?", you might ask. well, common courtesy and politeness are good for starters. also, becoming familiar with our forum rules (which can be found here: http://totalmortalkombat.com/board/viewtopic.php?t=8 ) is also a pretty good idea, I'd like to think. contribute to topics with constructive posts; not just one worded answers. no one's gonna remember you for your reply of "yeah I agree Scorpions kewl," after all.
as a reward for your contribution to the community of this lovely site, you will be granted TMK Sage status. you'll be given access to special boards and themes to use. not to mention, the rank of Sage does carry a kind of "ooh, ahh" factor to it, I'd like to think. =)
at any rate, if you've got any questions about TMK Sages and the rank or whatnot, feel free to shoot me a PM and I'll help you out however I can.
