Okay, so at noob.com, there was this image:

So, I enhanced it and you can clearly see the numbers:
Next, using the 1=A method, I replaced all numbers with their respective letter resulting in this:
Then, I looked for messages in the text. I also mirrored the text to get any backwards messages and I got the following:
Last, I looked for messages by columns and found the following:
A lot of words stuck out, whereas some of it could have just been wishful thinking.
EDIT: Unfortunately for me, I wasn't the only one who had this idea and raptorakias from the Midway boards recently did the same thing I did and he found words that I missed.
Now, Lets, line, Klose, Odd, Island, Sea, Eden, DNA, Victim, Her, Dead, Freeze, And, Evict, Age, Cave, Ant, Tree, Rot, Won, Ace, One, Peer, Bleed, Slim.

Jay-Z, you certainly are a genius. There's no doubt, you just are.
The words I see, Rain, and Wii. Unfortunately not much stuck out at all, they're just random. Venom's a Marvel character, no hint there. Won could be Wonder Woman I suppose, but she's only to be suspected anyway.
It seems like a pretty far out hint that the game would come out for the Wii anyway. You'd think with all the work they put you through they'd come out with a very clear, oh my god message.

Anyway I forgot who I was posting to but venom in the DC universe is a type of drug which super-enhances strength, might mean that Bane from Batman might be in it.

...I hope not Bane, although he is a brawler, there are many more kickass Batman villains. They already have Catwoman but the Joker or Freeze would probably be more suitable.
Freeze is a word, maybe a nod toward Mr. Freeze...
