Choose Kreate-a-fighter, Then special moves, here you'll se a list of the soecial moves buttons, choose down, back, square look for a move. Because when your character make a move he'll also make a noise and on some moves he'll say something that sounds wery likely to jabba hut, you now the guy from Star Wars. If it doesn't work try another vois.

i tried it out and guess what. it kinda sounds like him to 5% . well i didn`t hear it out. i could be wrong.
