Good fighters:
Scorpion because he has the cheap ninjasword combos and is easy to use.
Sub-Zero because he has the inpale move,freeze move, and ice clone but shity first costume( i like Sub to keep his mask on.)
Shang Tsung because his snake and crane moves are really effective and his soul steal is helpful
Bad 
Kitana because she is the cheapest character ever made
Mavado because he has no originalitty except his slingshot rope.
