Post subject: Is Lui Kang The Fastest Classic Mortal Kombat Fighter? |

Im tryen work work out who is the fastest classic Mk fighter out of MK1,2 and 3 UMK3 and MKT? My choice is Lui Kang when i want to fight with a aggressive tactic. He just seams to feal the fastest when you counter punch or kick ect ect. Some people i know can be very fast with Kung Lao too ,anyone think Lui Kang is the fastest too?

Kang is an extremely swift fighter, especially in MK3 (and it's variations). Human Smoke, and Scorpion in UMK3/ MKT are also fierce fast fighters.

I think Liu Kang was designed to be the fighter any new player could use right away and play decently with. He had a huge number of moves by MK3 (flying kick, bicycle kick, upper flame, lower flame, flame in mid-air) and all of his moves were easy to pull off. He's one of the worst characters to face when you get high up on the ladder of characters in MKII because of all the moves he could perform.

I have to agree with both comments ,he is a very swift fighter and with his easy moves you can combine his fly kicks/fireballs with combo's in a huge chain link. This makes him take massive damage and very quick without giving the opponent a chance to get his or her feet. I think the SP bots on MK3 love to do that for cheap win's
