*MAJOR SPOILERS!! VIEW AT YOUR OWN RISK*
So someone was able to rip the complete character roster from the demo version apparently, it's been posted online. Fans have also managed to release high-resolution versions of the vs. screen images of the characters. You can find them here:

SPOILERS: Last 4 remaining characters are...
Smoke, Sheeva, Cyber Sub-Zero and Quan Chi. Sheeva looks closer to her MK3 appearance, Cyer Sub-Zero is badass, he looks kinda similar to Predator, Smoke looks awesome (he's in his human form) but for some reason he has stupid hair that looks like Sindel's. Quan Chi looks like he's looked since MKDA.

Cyborg Sub-Zero looks awesome. Cool how they put in Quan Chi, with him being the only non MK1-3 character in the initial roster.

Am I the only one annoyed by Smoke's hair? If they gave him a regular ninja hood like Noob Saibot or Sub-Zero he'd be perfect. Something about the hair just really bugs me.
Also, awesome they made Sheeva look more like her MK3 self.

I dont like his hair either the ninja hood is the way to go

I hate the hair, it looks horible in my oppinion, i like is armour/outfit but the hair looks relly bad, i hope they come out with a good alternate outfit

Well hopefully one of his alternate costumes will give him the ninja hood. Still, it's awesome he's in the game. Too bad we'll have to wait for Rain.

Anyone know if there will be unlockables? Im not talking DLC but more like how on mk3 there was smoke. Also other fighters you cant use but come across like winning the fight without using block & finnishing move. Like the whole Reptile and Noob type thing.

Not sure yet. I imagine there will be something like that though, given that this is going back to MK's roots in the first three games. It would be awesome if Rain is hidden somewhere in the game, even if he's not playable at first. I'm almost certain he'll be made available in DLC.

well thers a krypt so im sure there will be some cool stuff in there and hope theres relly secret stuff not even in the krypt, i seriously cant wait, if it werent for the demo i would be going insane with antispation, still am anyways

At least Rain will have a bio and ending when he comes out as DLC. That makes his lack of appearance in the initial release a bit easier to digest.
