Hello guys.
Maybe some of you if been around for the last 10 years, at least, you might remember me by the old Mortal Kombat Gate website, think was last updated by the end of 2002... Now it's 2011, wow.
Thing is, I was googleing some MK related stuff and happened to get these links in return, from back in the good old days. I remember my website was getting noticed by the former known MK Team, Midway and others, to the point I got to be a part of the MK Alliance Dark-Scorpion used to own, also MK Gate got listed just one step behind of MK5.ORG, now MortalKombatOnline.com, through out the consideration of the people behind MKDeadlyAlliance.com official website.
Remember I had a bunch of conversations through e-mail with John Vogel, a former Midway Press In-Charge named Randy Severin (I think) and Ed Boon himself... Those were exciting days for me, I was 21-22 years old, now I'm 30 close to 31 and hear me out, I'm here remembering with you guys these days, these were good days.
It was hard trying my old pasword and mail address here but I could get in, in the end. It's nice talking to you, hope at least there are 2 or 3 personas who can remember those days.
Anyhow, the website is still being hosted at http://mkgate.8m.com for those who want to find out more on this story, or history  .
Right now, if you want to know what's of me, I'm CEO at my own internet based electronics shopping company based on my country, Dominican Republic. The name is Aseverino.com and is located at http://www.aseverino.com and http://facebook.com/Aseverinocom.
I've been off video games for most of these years, but still like Mortal Kombat. I do not own an Xbox 360 and I'm getting one of the new glossy black ones next week just because I want to play the new MK coming on April 19, therefore, Mortal Kombat is making me buying an Xbox.
Anyway. Nice catching up with you guys. Now let's see if I can recover back MK Gate and "Finish it!" as it deserves!
