Interesting idea for a topic. I'd have to say my least favorite point in history would have to be The Great War. It seems bungled at first, and then kinda meanders on with killing and that. All the other wars really have a reason. WWI just seems to be a bunch of treaties put into action (which it was). I don't know for some reason the trenches in France best personify that war. Filthy, grimy, muddy, lots of explosions, and not real concept. The war to me doesn't seem too much like a war as it seems like a bunch of skirmishes put together with no real purpose behind them.

I realy hate WW1 as well it was really just a pointless war that led to worst things to come whic I equally hate the slaughtering of the Jews by the Nazis. So pretty much I hate the first half of the 20th century. _________________ Yippie Ki Yay

I personally really dislike the Wild-West in a lot of ways, because it's name "Wild-West" is not all that it implies. Because how come are they not hugeley different & not any more uncivilised than the people of Victorian London, Paris & Amsterdam.
I mean they make it look all like not-so-different from the Victorian-norm. I mean because the first thing, the very, very, very, very first thing I used to think of when I thought of the Wild-west was a gunslinger or cowboy with long/scruffy not-so-well-groomed hair and scraggley mustaches, beards & --!#$@-- & so fourth. But the some-how being able to keep the hair nice & perfectley short just doesn't make sense to me at all.
I really wish there we're more of the Buffalo Bill or Wild-Bill hickock type appearances rather than just the usual lame Victorian Wyatt Earp lookalike or
Billy The Kid lookalike. Now it's possible this is just the movies but then again the Wild-West's lifespan lasted only from 1865-1900. So it got pretty civilised pretty quickly. So because of that it probabley is fairly accurate to some-degree unfortunateley. My eldest sister Rachel even admitted a better/more fitting way to describe the Wild-West is not "Wid-west" but "Mild-West."

I mean look at this picture of Nick Chinlund down here below: I mean gosh you would think the Wild-west would look more like him in Legend Of Zorro
But no it's more like this "Look at my combed & groomed mustache honey & my nice victorian-shirt in this dashing frontier-town, and my short/slicked victorian hair." The lack of the Nick Chinlund kind of portrayal from "Legend Of Zorro" made me learn to hate the Wild-West, at least in movies.
