Okay, I've decided to start pieceing a two part fan fic based on the character I made in Vain's RP section. I'm going to start stringing together the basic plot, but I'm going to update with clearer stuff tomorrow (Or, today actually). I've always thought that I was a good writer, so i hope you guys like it once it's finished Smile.

Okay, I'm beginning the story now, but I'm making it so that the RP afterpart is uncanonical. Too bad Sad

At all began when Japan adapted to the sudden influx of Shirai Ryu. China and the Lin Kuei were becoming a constant threat to Japan, as the silent war was fought.
At this point, the emperor of Japan had a son. The upmost attention was brought to him and protecting him from the Lin Kuei. Because the emperor had ties to the Shirai Ryu's inner workings, he decided to have to have the finest

"Father? I am going to be just fine without a guardian! I mean I can be careful! Are youlistening to me?! Father?!"

"That is ENOUGH Airou! I don't want to run the risk of you getting hurt, or even worse, KILLED. You are getting a gaurdian, and that is FINAL!"

Airou screamed and then stormed out of the royal room, and into his own room, were he though of how it owuld e like to have someone constantly watching over him. He knew of the threat of Liu Kuei, but he was still angered. He felt like a baby.

*Tweaked the name*

It was about a week later when the ties began to knot themselves. First, and formost, they would choose one of the best ninja in the Shirai Ryu clan. It had been decided by emperor of the Tokyo prefecture that Hanzo Hasashi was to guard Airou Kasuga from the growing threat of the Rin Ki clan of China. They lived in a forested area of Japan, so protection was vital, as Airou was the only member of the family to be born with...

"I told you Father, I don't need to be babysat while you're away! I am just fine by myself! Haven't you seen m-"

"AIROU! I told you, NO! No one should know about that! Now just stop fighting, you won't win. As they say, Fighting a Father is like Fighting the Sun."

Airou piped down, and Hanzo was brought to the door of formal room the father and Airou were in. Airou and his father were sitting down, after eating lunch. The Father had a traditional Ichijuu sansai type meal, while Airou had a quick Donburi type meal.

"Bring him in..." the father said, and the doors opened. A man in a yellow ninja ensemble appeared in front of them. He reached the table, and made a deep bow and sat down, crossed legged, in front of them. He seemed young, which struck the father as odd...

"Such a young man rising through the ranks of the Shirai Ryu? That is quite a feat my good man, you must really love your work to have that much energy." the father said, ending his saying with a a small chuckle. Although, it seems that Hanzo wasn't paying attention. His gaze was stuck on Airou. Actually, as the father chuckled, Airou and Hanzo had locked their gaze at each other. It was bit of a test, and Airou was winning.

"Oh? No sir, I just do what is best for the clan itself. All for one..." Hanzo said, being cut-off midsentence.

"And one for all?..." Airou said. both men looked at him, but Hanzo was surprised. You didn't see it in his face, but Airou knew it in his mind. Such a small, curious, and strong voice coming from such small child?

"Yes... All I do is for the clan. I expect nothing in return." Hanzo had replied.

As Hanzo and the Father had conducted business transations, pay rates, and other boring nonsense, it seemed as the locked gaze between Hanzo and the child had gone on for ages. Deja vu, c'est tres interessant, tu es d'accord?

After all of the business was done, Airou was officially stuck in the middle. Time had flown, and Hanzo was still there. It was decided that now, with Hanzo by Airou's side, it was time for Airou to finally get fresh air.

Airou had decided that it was time he visted Youkochan No Heya, a formal noodle house near the palace grounds. Hanzo had to tag along, as it was his job. They were silent on most of the trip there...

They walked across the bridge that connected the palace grounds to the urban-esque city area. It was a beautiful night, as the full moon reflected in the moat-like waters around the palace grounds. The loti (The plural of lotus) in the water were dancing around, and there were no pods tonight.

"Beautiful night, ain't it?" Hanzo said, mocking a thick Osakan accent.

"Yes... It is..." Airou said, looking reflectivly at the water, and away from Hanzo.

They had gotten to the noodle house, it was nice and elegent sitdown place. The hakozen seemed fancy, as they were made of a deeply red wood. As they were seated by a ceisha style hostess, Airou already knew what he wanted. They sat, and a aitress came buy to take orders.

"Domo domo domo! Futarisan wa Nani o tabemashou?" the waitres said, politely.

"Hai, watashi wa sekihan to gomashio o tabemashou." Airou told the waitress. "Ooi, Hanzo-san, nani wo tabemasu?" Airou asked Hanzo.

"Nani mo tabemasumai" Hanzo replied, quickly.

The waitress came back later with a bowl of "red rice" topped with Sesame salt, and Hanzo didn't wish to eat.

*More Later*
