I think he means they are fake. But then he also asked about whether or not MK1 characters on the MKT select screen are fake so its most likely the case that he just doesn't known anything about this game. |
ouch, and i remember one kombo where subzero uppercutted, then immedeately froze his opponent, i find that impossible... and dont get me wrong, i can do some of those kombos 2, but i think some of them are fake... and the reason i didnt know of the 4 extra kharacters on MKT was because i have the n64 version, and i ve never played the ps1. |

Damn...those combos would make me pull my hair out. Theyre sooooo cheap and annoying looking but extremely effective obviously. But what does one expect from MKT (broken).
I own it myself but wont bother bringing myself to master it because of it's unbalanced game play. Its kinda sad that you cant get out of those corners when thrown in and pretty much just watch yourself get pummled to death. lol.

I am not exactly sure how to really respond to posts of this nature, but, here goes.
MKT is a fun game. It's the Super Smash Bros. of MK. It's less balanced than UMK3 because of the added characters being sorely untested but N64 MKT is even less balanced overall because of the differences in game physics here and there and the insanely different properties some moves had that they weren't intended on having.
To say "I didn't bother mastering the game because it's too unbalanced" is way more fundamentally specific than saying "I didn't bother PLAYING the game because it's too unbalanced". You can learn and master an unbalanced game and utilize the broken aspects fully and completely, and then still have fun against your friends if you rule out using Noob Saibot. Even if I use Noob vs my few friends who actually play MKT, I will never use the Disabler because I don't need it to win and can control the temptation on top of that.
Basically, have fun with what's there, I didn't experiment with combos too much in N64 MKT even though I know how to abuse every broken aspect of the game. As broken as MKT on 64 is, it's not as broken as many fighting games. Also, not to mention that the majority of the combos seen in any combo video I have been a part of, or endorsed, you will never see completely performed in gameplay because they are in fact too difficult, which actually adds to the overall balance in question.
