Hi.... I'm late. Very late, I know.
I have bad news. I got some pretty severe Spyware and it corrputed my System32.hal.dll file which, for you nongeeks (if there are any here) means that my windows won't start. I must either lose all on my M&MK work or wait weeks/months to find an efficient way to transfer my hard drive data. So, enjoy the ones I savored and if you have any ideas how I can fix my windows (without system restore disc because... that would lose everything.) I'd love to hear it.

Well, I'm the last person that would have any idea how to aide you, apologies. Though this update has proven of your best for sure, delay ignored, totally worth it. Dark Rayden is awesome (underrated word, at max capacity), as well Nitara's just a little bad-ass. Sheeva and Daegon are incomprehensibly hardcore, the best of the best for sure. Sheeva looks particularly difficult though I assume pretty easy in comparison to Kintaro.

Haha they all look sweet once again the best ones are def Montaro and Taven from the bunch. And go to this site which has that file you can download and fix your problem  . http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/pop.shtml?hal
of course reboot in safe mode and replace the corrupted file with this one and then it should be solved and you'll be able to load your cpu

Hey bloodyshadow, I was wondering why I didn't see you posting as much since I returned. Computer problems are always shite, especially when it keeps you from being active on the forums. Hope you get your computer fixed soon. By the way, the M&MK pics are awesome. Kudos to you.

About your pc problem, the easiest way you can retrieve and transfer all non windows files, is by attaching your hardrive to a computer already running Windows and set the jumper to "slave" drive, that way Windows will read it as a slave drive (removeable) and then, locate all your files. I hope to god you didnt save your pics in your Documents folder.
Cuz if you did, thats going to be a bitch.
You will have to unlock all rights to retrieve any files in that folder.
Goodluck man! And for everyone else reading, dont go saving important stuff onto your Documents folder. Always make an new folder and add your stuff in there. That way, when or if you suffer from data corruption, you can still retrieve it through another drive.
Ive been down this road a couple times. I now save all my stuff on a separate drive. But when i only had one drive, i made sure to create a new folder so i can save anything i wanted on that. Many people like to put things in their Document folder. Big no no unless you want to risk it.
BTW, these look great! You need to make a solid web page for these guys.

Well hopefully the link i posted up there for him worked cause it was the file he had corrupted so just replacing it in safe mode should of worked for him and not make him lose anything i hope.
