can someone poste a list of all the secret coins and what kind they are for example movie, char, VS level
and put like the gamespot FAQ?

These were all taken from Gamefaqs which were provided by our own member Tongan Ninja.
Three things before you read on:
1. I am assuming for the purpose of this next section that you have gotten all of the abilities as you will need them to get all of these koins.
2. The directions are camera based, so left will be the left of the screen as you are looking at it.
3. All the koins are in the order you get to the room in the game
Goro's Lair
***********
First room:
1. Break the skeleton on the back wall - Concept Art
Second Room:
2. Above the door to the right of the door - Movie
Third room:
3. On the bridge, throw a projectile into the moon and it will appear on the bridge - Concept Art
4. On the left end of the bridge, go around to the left, then drop off to the ledge below - Concept Art
Fourth room:
5. Throw an enemy into the chandelier - Concept Art
Fifth Room:
6. 2 player - stand on one button each at the back of the room close to the right hand entrance and then go through the door. In this next room, you need to throw one enemy into each of the bells to ring them and the door at the back will open. Through that door to get the koin and you will be back in the chandelier room - ?
7. To the left above the left hand door - Fatality Input Image
Last Room:
8.Jump over the gap in the bridge and go towards the left end of the bridge. Go around to the left and then drop down to the ledge below - Concept Art
Wu Shi Academy

9. Ermac Area - Once you have defeated Ermac the koin will appear - Concept Art.
10. Catapult Area - 2P - once you have thrown the Tarkata into the catapult nearest the spikes, go back two steps, and then left to the end and the koin is here.
11. Catapult area - Go past the area where the two Tarkatas keep appearing and as the path curves to the left is a catapult. Throw a Tarkata into this to reveal the koin near the broken wall near the exit - Arena Art
12. Courtyard - At left hand side of the wall where you cut the ropes to release the hot lava is a turret thing. Wall run up here to get the koin -?
13. + 14. 2P - Stand on the two buttons and there's two in this area - ?
15. Spike area - To the far left of the entrance, there is an area with two Tarkatas and a spiked wall. Before you drop down here, swing on the branch above the area, across to the far wall - Arena Art
16. At the bottom, there is a giant catapult and spikes. Just to the right of this is a ramp with a save point at the top. Go to the left of this and swing across to the other side for the koin - Concept Art
17. Fire area - After you have finished the Test Your Mights and the cut scene has ended, jump onto the building next to where the first TYM was and then jump to the right into the room above and the koin is in the middle - Johnny Cage unlocked for Versus
Portal

18. 2P - From when you first enter, go left up the ramp to the top, and there will be a platform that needs to be raised by each of you standing on a button. The koin is up there - ?
19. At the bottom, go through the portal to the other side. At the end of the long narrow walkway is a symbol on the floor. You need to perform a fatality here to get the koin - Arena Art
Evil Monastery

20. 1st Floor - Go up to the panes of glass and break the far left one with a projectile, then throw another at the spinning koin to make the red koin appear - Concept Art
21. 2nd Floor - 2P - Activate the two buttons and go through to the other side
22. 3rd Floor - Impale a guard on each of the claws, then go up the ramp to the right and round and the koin is behind the statue's head.
23. 4th Floor - After you get the multality, go to the right and onto the first step. Turn around and jump onto the broken pillar, then onto the roof to the left of the screen. Run along the roof to the end and the koin is there - Kitana for Versus.
24. After the Kitana fight, re-enter for the koin
Living Forest

25. Above the save point at the start is a branch. Swing from this to the other then climb up the final tree to the top. Keep going along the walkways and you will see a gold koin floating about to the right. Hit this with a projectile and the red koin will appear - Concept Art
26. Carry on from here until you see Mileena; defeat her to get the koin - Fatality Input Image
27. Mini Waterfall Area - Throw one of the stone guards into the wall they start near - Concept Art
28. Large Waterfall Area - Throw a stone guard into the big rock to the far right then go back to the mini waterfall area and the waterfall will have opened up and the koin is inside - Reptile unlocked for Versus
29. Large Waterfall Area - This koin is behind the living tree near the stone statues.
30. Snake Head Area - Go past the head to the wall on the other side, and the koin is behind the wall - Concept Art
31. + 32. Statue Fight Area - 2P Activate the two buttons and two koins are inside - ?
33. Long Cave Area - Keep going along here and you will notice one of the eyes that should be open is closed. Hit this and the koin will appear - Fatality Input Image
34. Statue Fight Area - When you come back to this area after you finish off Reptile, do the fight again and you will get a load of Exp. Points and the
koin - Concept Art
Soul Tombs

35. When you first go through the portal to the other side, immediately turn the camera to the left to see the spinning gold koin. Hit this with a projectile - Arena Art
36. Opposite to where you come in there is an archway where you would normally go and fight Baraka. Well wall run up one side of it and double jump to get the koin -
Green Path -
37. 2nd Room - Near the right hand side of the corridor are chains raising in the background. Impale an enemy on the hooks that appear from time to time on the middle chain, then go back left a bit to get the koin that appears - Arena Art.
38. Outside - On the middle platform, you need to throw a Tarkata into on the flying things that make a pass every now and again - Concept Art
39. Spike Room - To the left is a statue, break it then go around the corridor to the end for the koin - Combat Crag level now unlocked for Versus
40. From here, jump up to the ledge to the left for the other koin - Fatality Input Image
41. Fan Room - From the platform that is in the middle above the fan, long jump over to the right for the koin - Fatality Input Image
42. Soul Chamber room - After you blow up the green ball, go back into the room and the koin is where the ball used to be - Arena Art.
Red Path -
43. 1st corridor - Throw and enemy into each of the Iron Maidens and the koin will be at the left of the screen - Kombat Tomb level unlocked for Versus.
44. 2 Level room - Climb up the back wall then turn right. Hit the statue, and then jump to the first ledge, then across to the final ledge for the koin - Baraka unlocked for versus.
45. Jump down from here and the koin is on the floor - Movie
46. Outside - Above the far door is a button. Jump and kick to press it and an enemy will appear on the middle platform. Defeat him for the koin - Movie.
47. 2nd Corridor - Just as you come in there are some chains with hooks on them. Get an enemy into these chains to trigger the cutscene and the koin will appear to the left above the left hand door. You will need to wall jump then double jump to get it as you can't see it otherwise. - Fatality Input Image.
48. Test Your Might Room - Throw an enemy into the middle of the wall at the back to break it, then throw a projectile at the gold spinning koin for the red koin - Fatality Input Image
49. 3rd Corridor - Once you have killed all of the Tarkata in the room, go to the back and you will notice a skeleton walking around behind the fence. Kill it using projectiles and the koin will appear - Concept Art
50. Hellbeast room - On the left-hand side of the door is a raised block. Stand on this for approx. 5 seconds and it will go down, and the koin will appear in the center of the room - Concept Art
Wastelands

51. Main Area - When you first enter this area, you will notice a lava pit. You need to get an enemy onto the spike in the center of this pit for the koin to appear - Concept Art
52. Main Area - Climb up one level and on the left as you jump the gap is a recess in the wall. Go in here for the koin - Fatality Input Image
53. Kabal Area - Right at the top, the koin is at the far right hand side in the back corner - Fatality Input Image
54. Elemental Knight Area - Once you have fried all the enemies in this area and done the TYM, go back in again to face the Oni Warlord. Kill it for the koin - Concept Art
55. After the boat ride with Sub Zero has finished, go the left hand side of the door, and wall run towards the statue and onto it for the koin - Sub Zero for versus.
56. Spiked Wheel Room- At the top, wall run over the wheel to the other side for the koin - Concept Art.
57. Open area - Jump to the far right of this area and go to the corner closest to the front. To the far right of this, just out of view is a gold spinning koin. Hit it with a projectile for the red koin - Arena Art
58. Goro Area - Once you have defeated Goro, go back for the koin - Concept Art
59. Dead Pool - Throw an enemy into the pool to the left of the walkway and the koin will appear on the far left grill on the back wall - Arena Art.
Nether realm

60. Above the stairs going down is an archway. The koin is above this - Arena Art.
Foundry
*******
61. Go up the ramp to the top, and the koin is on the platform facing you. To get the koin, go to the left of the platform and wall run up the wall and jump to the platform - Fatality Input Image
62. The next koin is in the wooden shaft above the main area. You need to jump to the right or left wall and keep wall jumping from wall to wall to the top for the koin - Concept Art
63. In the corridor out of the main area, two guards will appear. On the opposite wall to where the second guard bursts out throw on through the wall to open up a new area. You now need to throw a guard into the lava and use him to jump to the ledge - Scorpion unlocked for versus
64. Lava Area - climb the wall next to where you come in and jump and kick one of the pots that are travelling pots for the koin that will appear in the corner of the lava - Arena Art
65. Forge Room - the koin here is to the left of the fire at the back of the room, it's just behind the wall that's jutting out - Concept Art
66. 2nd Hellbeast Room - On the second floor of this room is a breakable wall at the back. Break it will B and throw a projectile at the gold spinning koin - Movie
67. Hammer Room - Throw an enemy into the path of the hammers coming down for this koin - Concept Art
68. Axe Room - use the axe to break the pipes at the back of the room - Concept Art.

Sorry, didn't write it and don't know personally. You could go to gamefaqs or another site of such to find a different walkthrough.
