Well, if you're asking for Ermac's, Tremor's, and Rain's alignment then...
Ermac was Kahn's warrior from UMK3 to around the Alliance era when he became 'freed' by Kenshi, and thus joined the good side.
Tremor left the Lin Kuei for the Black Dragon, thus was always neutral.
Rain was smuggled from Edenia and when controlled by Kahn he was evil though Kitana informed him of his history, converting him.

There´s no canon proof in the games that Kitana has ever spoken with Rain

True, his Trilogy ending isn't considered complete canon, though it does not contradict any of the surrounding story and includes likely possibility. I'd believe that moreover any other made-up suggestion.
