What resolution does your monitor have? It also may have to do with what browser you're using. Recommended use is Internet Explorer at 1024x768.

I always giggle at people who join the bandwagon against Microsoft just to join the bandwagon against Microsoft. Probably about seventy percent of the people who use Firefox/Opera/Netscape with the claim that IE sucks really do not know or understand the pros and cons of each browser. Sad.
