But mainly...TMK doesn't really need a mod right now.

anyway, for you (or anyone for that matter) to become a mod, it takes time, patience, and maturity. being a respected member of the community is important, and well, if Total doesn't like you, then it's just a lost cause. ^_^;
like our lovely Kombat said, I don't believe TMK is in the market now for another mod, but try sending a polite message showing your interest, and maybe someday down the road after you've put in some time and influence, he'll promote you. =)

remember though, my friend. quantity does not equal quality. if you post nothing but crap, then you're not only going to be frowned upon by, well... everybody, but you'll most likely earn a one-way ticket to Bansville.
also, be sure to make your posts eloquent, both in wording and grammar. no one wants to take 5 minutes deciphering someone else's shorthand, nor do they want to have to stop to think "wtf are they talking about?!"
just follow the basic rules of etiquette, not to mention the forum rules, and you can be a Sage before you know it, or maybe even a mod one day. =)
