Nope. None of them have any relation from what we know, but there has been speculation. You can see Chameleon and Khameleon look very similar though Reptile is totally different, especially in his natural form. They could simply be a different breed of saurian on the other hand.

Maybe C and K are an "ancient" race of Saurians and Reptile is the evolved and younger version of his species.

Well maybe like us humans, who have different ethnic groups such as Asian, Hispanic, Caucasian, etc, - maybe the Suarians are similar.

The saurians were thought to be extinct millions of years ago, so we can only assume all of them aren't very evolved. Anyway, I've always assumed they were just different races. Kind of like how Goro and Kintaro have different skin, as well Onaga to Orin and Caru.

wait, arn't those the big blue and red dragons? how are they related to onaga?

I don't think there are any pictures but they're from Armageddon's Konquest mode. Basically they're two very large dragons and look alike, but Onaga is the Dragon King and he looks way different. They're like two giant serpents, and he's just a scaly, big guy with wings and horns.
Basically Orin and Caro could crush their supposed king.

They were all actual things, I suppose you never played Armageddon's Konquest, where it shows one destroy a huge base. Their only relation to Onaga is that they're all supposed dragons, even though they look way different. That goes the same for Reptile and C/Khameleon.

As far as I know they never communicated with Onaga, and they remained loyal to Edenia while Onaga ruled Outworld. So they had no relation.
