hey
can anyone help me with that stupid "por soul" move?i can't do it however i try,be it slow or fast.maybe there's smth wrong with my controller?i tried a different one,stilll the same

if its any consolation i find the combo's very hard to pull off as well, you just need to figure out the rythem, that and practice is really the only advice i can give

Well, the easiest way to master kombos is by starting small. These should be about one or two hits, then move up to higher ones at about 3 or 4 hits, then the toughest part comes when you have those that require style changes. Here's what I did: go into practice mode and perform one part of the kombo until you have it mastered, then perform the next part, then finally, put it all together. Shoo, with Scorpion, I have a 13-hit kombo. Here's how it's performed: Use the Bloody Spear move, then follow up with the Burning Soul kombo, follow with the Lifting/Fiery Kick to keep him/her in the air, finally land the Hell on Earth kombo, Scorpion's longest one, on your opponent. You should start in the Hapkido sequence when doing this.

thx,ill try.everybody thinks it's my 1st time playing MK.i've always liked it it,movie and all.but i started with mksm and that game seems superior to me despite all the glitches.that's why i get so frustrated with buttons in MKD

I don't know what combo you are talking about, but make sure you are not up against the wall or the computer won't let you finish any combo. You can tell if this is happening, if you get pushed away from the combo before you get done with it. 
Another thing, make sure you're in the right style. Sounds simple enough but I tried for about 10 min trying a cs combo only to find out I started in the wrong style.
