Is Scorpion legally blind?
Why does he have cataracts?

Yeah, you serious Sparkle? lol
Anyways, Scorpion is not blind and he doesn't have cataracts; he just has no pupils because he's a spectre.
White eyes usually imply godlike powers, being of the undead, and/or really evil.

Not that blindness is a weakness. Most of my badass hearoes are blind. Zatoichi for example!

...it is implied that he sees just fine. He's not telepathic and I assume his senses aren't extremely tuned since he never was missing any senses, thus Scorpion has to be able to see to fight the way he does. He could have negative vision and be legally blind, but he can still see.

psycho, from now on, if you don't know what something is, look it up. It's a common thing to ask every now and again what something is. But most of the time, it's the uncommon knowledge that we question.
You however, are asking what legally blind is... which is a very common-sense thing.
Anyways,
It's when your vision is or worse than 20/200 and cannot be improved with corrective lenses. In layman's terms, it's means you're officially diagnosed to be blind.
If you honestly didn't know what it was, then that's fine. But you need to look things up on your own - not ask something trivial on here where it can be either seen as spam or immature.

If Fishbulb is actually serious, this is a funny take on Scorpion.
It never crossed my mind to think he was blind due to his eyes, I always thot they were like that due to him being dead and all.
This is a first time I have heard anyone ask this.
But, no Fishbulb, scorpion is not blind, he can see just fine with his cataracts, why just the other day I saw him win it big at a duck shooting booth

Well, technically, the eyes without pupils aren´t even his own. They are just part of his mask, which covers his skull without eyes
Serious A: In the world, where one can die and still come back, one can also see without eyes

Cataract eyes are a sign of death. Usually weeks/months after a person dies, chemicals are released from and to the eyes, not exactly relinquishing the pigment but actually fogging the clear lenses from lack of liquicd and oxygen.
White eyes look freakishly cool. A person kicking your ass with white eyes is even more freaky for you cant tell if its actually looking at you as it pummels you through the floor.

Remeber, Scorpions eye color changes depending on his moods... (see MK1 manual) When he is angry, his eyes go red

also, during the purification(i think this is the wrong word) process gas's build up and therefore giving the impression that there putting on weight(for some time this is why people thought that the undead fed on things like people^_^). and ive never seen a fat scorpion.
while this is useless information and it doesn't happen to everyone(IIRC), i think its a rather cool fact.
