the scorpion battle took much time, but i feell it too easy, so the toughest is the 3 row, it took me much time defeat the trio

Alot of Shaolin Monks' bosses really wasn't that bad, but Midway still gave Shao Kahn the "YOU WILL NEVER WIN!" difficulty he has had for a long time.
I vote Shao Kahn.
I was expecting a bit more from the insanely difficult to beat 4 armed tony the tiger: Kintaro of MKII. Kintaro on shaolin monks was actually pretty stupid. Goro was harder. He had an AI problem with you jumping over him and start hitting him, then jumping over him again, and hitting him, and rinse, wash, repeat.
Shang Tsung was actually pretty hard. Like Kahn, getting up close to him is suicide. He's only safe to hit when he transforms, and that all depends on who he transforms into.
If he's Shang Tsung: Don't get close! If you do, he'll grab you and do his soul steal move. It hurts you and heals him!
If he's Sub-Zero: If you like getting your ass kicked, by all means, approach him.
If he's Johnny Cage: He's vulnerable! KICK HIS ASS! He still has alot of tricks up his sleeve, and he can still attack, so be very careful.
If he's Reptile: He's vulnerable yet again! KICK HIS ASS! He's a little more dangerous in Reptile form, but he's still pretty vulnerable.
If anything, I say the second hardest boss was the bastard that we all know and I STILL hate, Baraka!! His fight really was a pain in the ass. It goes through 3 phases. First you fight him normally like a normal Tarkata, only stronger and faster, then you have projectile duel. Then all you can do is him him with those swords, then you gotta stab him, and that's the only way to make his HP go down. I hated the fight against Baraka. Oh well, at least it was easier than the fight against Kahn.

Shao Kahn is my destroyer!!! 
Before him, I had some difficulty with Scorpion and Baraka up until I figured out a good pattern to kill them fairly quick using Scorpion as my character choice.
But KAHN!!! AArrgh. He always lets me have it in the second bout when he pulls out his hammer. And I get really discouraged having to start alllll over with Shang Tsung.

reptile, sub-zero, goro and shang tsung are easy...
baraka, jade/kitana/mileena and kintaro are medium...
scorpion and shao kahn are hard... shao kahn being the hardest

yeah i agree shao kahn is hard i usually only beat him with luck on my side hes even hard with two ppl
i dont remember fighting kano is he a secret boss?

yes he is... in the end right before you fight shao kahn you see johny cage and kitana in prison... you go to kitana and you talk to her 3 times in a row and the gate by your right will open... you enter and you'll fight kano with the help of jax to free sonya blade...
by the way, this will help you with shao kahn because once you free sonya and kill kano jax will leave some health that you can take during kahn's batle

baraka was because wen i got to that level my controler broke so i couldnt impale him with the last two swords
but once i fixed it was easy and shoa khan was easy
and y isnt kano on that list?

yeah kano should be in that list... not saying that he is the hardest boss
i keep my choice (shao kahn) but i have to admit that scorpion is hard!!
