take a pic go to profile and then put the link into your profile and then you wrote [img] here link then [/img]

13.) Sig / Avatar rules :- Avatar images are not to exceed 100k. Users are only 2 post 2 images at the most in sigs (unless posting extra images are small, or tiny...eg a smilie), with a decent size of 400 pixels width (maximum) and 150 pixels height (maximum). The sig images are not to exceed 100k.
