i agree with the ed i looks amazing and they are awsome games but they need to change the enimes and the plot to like protect the convent

Here's an idea: play the game and then decide how you feel about it.
I just played for an hour, and this game is well worth it. The graphics alone are leagues beyond Halo 2, and the weapons seem to have better control. |
i have just bought halo 3 and your right the game has better graphics and is worth it. ile all of the new stuff they put in it.

Halo 3 was pretty good but not all that. It's definitely NOT the best game ever, the best game ever is Super Mario Bros, Tetris, or one of the old-time games. I'll give Halo 3 a four.

I haven't played this yet for I don't have a X-Box 360 however I wish I did as Argos and Asda released the game early by accident so a small number of UK gamers got the game before its big launch party.

Going to be picking halo 3 up on december 15th when i have enough for it due to having to use the money i got for october in getting the xbox 12 months +1 free month live card this friday and then the quick and charge kit around the end of october. But yeah right now halo 3 is defitnitely over populated online hopefully its the same way in december 15th when i get it so i won't be that bored with xbox live.

i don't know how things work on the xbox. but, RTS games for the PC take years before they loose an online community.

I think Resistance 2 will top this game, after all Resistance:Fall Of Man has better multi-player (40 players) better game play, better graphics (even though Resistance was out for two more years than Halo 3) and if the first Resistance was that good the second one could kill Halo 3. A lot of people probably disagree with me but the Halo series is overrated and Resistance is underrated despite how amazingly awesome that game is.

First of all I'm not a fanboy, Resistance is just a really amazing game that I enjoy to play. Second, I made a mistake with the release dates. Resistance came out at November 2006 as a launch game for the ps3 and a hell of a good one too. Halo 3 came out September 2007. So resistance came out almost a year before Halo.

That's sounds like really good news, after all I own a PSP and it would be really cool to see my favorite game come out on it. I just hope that it doesn't end up like Tom Clancy's Rainbow six:Vegas (really good on ps3, but really bad on PSP).

sorry to burst your bubble bud. but, the psp ports successful playstation games to the psp, and compromises on quality. thats just what it does:(

Sorry to burst your bubble but Rainbow six vegas was not very successful on the psp at all. Sure it was a good game on the ps3 but on the psp it was a very disappointing game. I doubt that you even played Rainbow six on the psp and if you did you would find out that it's not nearly as successful or as fun as the ps3 version.

I can't see any FPS or action game being successful on a hand-held, let alone the PSP.
