Psycho, it's been discussed before, so I will bring it up to you.
We're not trying to be rule nazi's here. TMK himself, though only he himself can say, has mentioned that having rules is important, but when you are a complete stickler about them, it creates an unfun enviorment. We try to keep this place as livily as possible, while still keeping some sense of the rules.
I hope that has clearified that for you.
