This rp has already been preapproved by Vain so here's the story:
It's 2,000 years after the Galactic Empire has ended. The new Jedi Order is crumbling because of conflict of ideas and the Sith have rebuilt an army, similar to the army Malak led 4,000 years before the Empire. Luke Skywalker is dead and so is his wife Mara Jade Skywalker. The Galaxy is beginning to become torn by war. Sith Lords Marka Ragnos, Darth Revan and Darth Vader have found a path through the dark side to live again and returned and turned thousands from the New Jedi Order to the dark side, turning them into disciples of the Sith. The fate of the Galaxy now lies within your palm. Will you become a Jedi and save the Galaxy from a second Empire, or will you join the dark side and attempt to reclaim what is rightfully yours? The fate of the Galaxy rests in someone's hands. It could be yours.
You can choose your side and which Sith/Jedi you wish to play as; however, if you are a Jedi, you are limited due to the fact that Luke and Mara Jade are dead. You must give a vague description of which character they are, what they look like, the appearance of their weapon (the lightsaber), and which Force abilities their character possesses. Each character created is limited to four Force abilities and may gain power through killing a member of the opposite side.
Sides
For the Sith, a Dark Lord MUST be established. The Dark Lord is in charge over the entire Sith Order and, if they so desire, a Council. Now, the Dark Lord must have the strongest connection to the dark side and the most knowledge of the Sith themselves. Not only that, but they must be cunning with a lightsaber as well.
For the Jedi, a Jedi Council composed of the most powerful amongst the Jedi ranks should be constructed.
Force abilities
Each character is limited to four Force abilities; however, there are abilities that the Force already grants you: increased speed, sensing the future, seeing the past, masking Force sensitivity, and the ability to move, push, or summon objects. Summoning too much energy can cause a very strong Force push that sends a shockwave of hurt onto the enemy. This is mostly wielded by a Sith or Dark Jedi.
Training
Each side will come up with their own unique ways for training new recruits. Those of us who start this will not have to go through training.
Names
Jedi
Those that wish to go on the side of the Jedi may choose their own name, or take an existing Jedi's name, with the exception of Luke or Mara Jade Skywalker.
Sith
For those wishing to join the Sith, you do not have any limits on the name. You may make your own, or take any former Sith's name. Sith have been known to take the names of those who have passed on. It is either to honor them, or to smite them; however, in my case, it is to honor Darth Vader.
So, that's the rundown and may the Force be with you all. 
Here's my character:
Name: Darth Vader (Also called "Lord Vader", and formerly known as Anakin Skywalker)
Species: Human
Gender: Male
Status: Married to Padme Amidala
Height: 5'10"
Alignment: Sith
Eyes: Yellow, but normally brown (Those of us that are dark siders will note a change in eye color from your normal one)
Hair: Straight Black
Clothing: Black Tunic and black robe. Normally found wearing hood over his face
Lightsaber: Much like the one he wielded before his death
Force Powers: Spear of Midnight Black, Force Lightning, Force Rage and Force Choke
bio: After my death at the hands of my son, Luke, so long ago I was given a respectable funeral, but this was not the end for me. I felt life in me again and I was returned, naked, to the planet of Endor. Realizing no one had noticed my resurrection, I quickly fled the planet and found safe haven in a stronghold of the former Empire on Tattooine, which took me a while to gain entry because no one recognized me. It was also there that I found my wife, Padme, who I thought to be dead, there. I told her the truth of what happened on Mustafar and turned her to the dark side, creating her strong hatred for the Jedi Order. I made my way to one of my private quarters and found some clothes that well suited me (my black tunic and robe). Due to the fact that I was without a weapon, I constructed a new blade with a synth crystal I stole from my former Master's private quarters. Later, I built an army full of Clones trained in the dark side with the "help" of the Kaminoans. Their lust for power suppressed to prevent betrayal and a mass killing. A new fleet of ships were built and a new core of men at my call. Through all that, I took on an apprentice, Darth Valorious, who shares a strong connection to the Force.

As soon as possible, my friend. Training for new Sith recruits goes as follows: we question them on the Sith Code, question of knowledge of some of the most powerful Sith, and finally a sparring duel with a powerful Sith: an apprentice or Council member. We will see how some of these new recruits fare against these tasks.
Lord Vader stands aboard his Star Destroyer, Executioner, surveying the planets and his apprentice, Lord Valorious approaches. "Yes, my apprentice?", Vader says. Valorious replies, "A Jedi Temple has been found on Dantooine, milord." "Very good, my apprentice, I want you to go with a battalion of Sith Clones and Assassins. Kill them all, do not relent until they are all destroyed."

Vader turns to the mysterious warrior and says, "Indeed, you may go and assist them, but know that failure is not an option. Kill all, even if they surrender. I, myself, have a meeting with someone who leads legions of Sith. He is called Severous Thax and known as the king of these Sith Legions. He could prove useful to the destruction of the Jedi." Vader then turns and begins to survey the planets again.

Meanwhile, Vader departed on his ship and left for his meeting with Thax. It would be a long journey to the Enclave of the Imperial Axis. Finally, he arrived on their home planet of Dantooine and approached the entrance, where he was immediately admitted. After a long discussion, the two decided to join forces. The Sith would be united under one banner.
