I pretty much hate Bo Rai Cho as well; it's not the fact that he's a joke, it's that if he wasn't supposed to be one he'd be a really awesome character, they wasted a great opportunity there I think.

No problem with it, just never seen an MK fan before hating the majority of loved characters.
As for Alkimachos, I disagree, if that was the case, then why have Sonya? Why have Jax? They're essentially military personnel, so they're no different.
