Sorry I don't know personally, but if you beat the arcade and wait for the credits it'll say voice characters. Of course I don't think they give a name per character, but from that list you might be able to search each name and find out the hard way. A lot of leg work though.

ya know, it's weird. I looked on IMDB and the Wikipedia articles and couldn't find his voice actor on either site.
you'd think they'd credit him, since Taven is a pretty major character for this game.
totally weird. X_x
