Tremor was a minor character who made an appearance in MK Special Forces.
the rumor, according to Wikipedia (which some of the guys will bash me for taking a look at, but ah well), is that he was going to be included in MK Trilogy, but was given the boot in favor of Rain.
poor little Tremor. maybe in the next generation of MK games, he'll get his place in the sun. =)
