Li Mei and Nitara really look alike in these 2 images. Maybe they are sisters or so? Or is this a modern palet swap?

Ok,no offence,but this theory is stupid.Why because someone looks like another person,they have to be brothers/sisters?They could be related.But i'm not too sure.And they don't look alike for me.Nitara looks more like B.Orchid than Li Mei imo.Li Mei looks like...an Asian woman.

No, there do seem to be quite a few similarities in their faces. Maybe they tweaked Li Mei's face a bit and slapped it on Nitara to cut down on time.

I noticed that earlier but didn't want to look like a fool by bringing it up..... but I'm glad the subject did in fact surface. They do look a little alike, but I doubt they are related--probably just sculpted alike to, as the other guy said, but time.
