One simple quastion, over my avatar there's two of my same rank names you can change one of them, like write something. how or when can I change it.

look right below the TMK banner for a link that reads "Shop". click on that.
there will be two options for you. choose the one that says "Nick Effects".
customize to your liking, then click the button at the bottom that says "View Effects".
that should do it. =)
