Hi, talking with my friends they tell me about a movie with puppets and marionettes, is a terror movie, but i never see it in cinemas, anyone can tell me what movie is, and how old is?

Have you got anymore information about it thats kind of vague. There are a fair few horror movies about puppets and marionettes.

I think the movie you're talking about is Puppet Master. I've never seen it, but it seems to fit the description.

No, the title has to be with death, but i cant remember well, and other thing is that the victims of the killer has their tongue ripped, or something

You mean a movie about terror or terrorists?
If you mean terror, as in horror, Chibihana may be right about saying it's Puppet Master. There are 8 Puppet Master movies. It could also be Pinocchios's Revenge.
However, if it's about terrorists, as in 9/11, then it may be Team America: World Police.
Depending on Colombia's laws, any of these movies could have not been shown at your local theaters.

 in Colombia we were raised in violence, i dont think that a horror movie cant be shown in our theathers.

Could you be referring a film called Demonic Toys? Or maybe Dolly Dearest? Heck even Dolls? This is kind of a tricky question because titles change overseas so we could be mentioning the right film you just know it under a different name.
