dairou from mkd was planned to be in mk:da as a ninja but they canceld the idea i dont know why they canceld it.

This has been known since MK:Armageddon's Premium Edition came out. Anyone who has the Premium Edition, or any way to find MK info could have found this out. This is old information, but for some who do not have it, and could not find this information, they will thank you for sharing this. On the topic of Kung Lao, however, he did not replace Dairou. Kung Lao was one of the characters originally casted for MK:DA. If you watch the history of Mortal Kombat on the MK:DA game list, it should tell you that. Also, if you own the Premium Edition of MK:Ar, watch the DVD that comes with it and look at all features that the disc offers. They have some great information about why certain characters were added. Not only that, but if you pay close attention, the MK Team even tells you there were even hints as to what was upcoming in Mortal Kombat. They were spread out through the games. The biggest one was in MK II on the Pit II stage. As you looked toward the back of the Pit II stage, you saw Liu Kang fighting a character, which was revealed to be Blaze.
