Post subject: Damaged Profile |

So, I'm playing Unchained and apparently screwed something up.
Here's what I had done recently:
Enter the Netherrealm
Realize shortly after I am in the wrong realm
Leave the Netherrealm
Enter Outworld
Walk around for a moment
Leave Outworld
Walk through portal to Orderrealm
Game autosaves the data
Nothing else happens
Attempt to exit the game (pressed the "HOME" key)
PSP freezes
Had to remove battery to fix the problem
Restart game
Enter password to use profile
Recieve message saying profile is damaged upon trying to play Konquest.
Has this ever happened to any of you?

sadly yes 
same thing happend to me just yesterday just it locked up at the loading screen and i had to take the battery out it would NOT turn off i held the off switch for 1 whole minute (i hate taking the battery out) man it sux im glad its not just my umd/psp the games glitchy as hell 
but it some how repared itself after like 5 minutes did yours?

By chance, which version of the PSP do you have, the original model or the slim? As well as what's your firmware version?

i have slim and at the time i had firmware 3.30 i think

Firmware bug. Though I've never really seen it happen to the slim. All I can recommend is something you should be doing in the first place; keep a back up of all your PSP data on your computer.
