Another interesting aspect would be the fighting system. I think it would be a very good thing if they brought back the attacks that were subdevided by height(low and high). I'd love to see that return but it should be different looking for each character. Add some crazy combos, and we might get a good result. Uppercuts and sweeps should be added too as I said before.

What I would want to see
1. Pretty much alot of the classic characters even tho I'm sure it ain't gonna happen.
2. A 3-D version of the Pit II and the Pit 3.
3. The return of classic stages that didn't have the honor of returning in Armageddon.
4. Death Traps going back to being Stage Fatalities, but still being easy to execute like Death Traps.
5. Fatalities going back to the way they were. None of this link together transitions and chains crap. Bring back character specific fatalities!
What I don't wanna see
1. Baraka
2. Quan Chi
3. Any Oni!
4. The Armageddon Fatality System

- A new, engaging storyline.
- Fresh new characters.
- Good guys we can relate to in certain ways, and bad guys that tug at our emotions, and not make us want to like them.
- A few classic characters returning as unlockables.
- A more realistic feel with the graphics, yet keeping the old Kombat feel at the same time. I want the game to push the limits of the Unreal Engine 3.
- A gallon of blood doesn't come out with each punch.
- None of that "Create A Fatality" crap.
- Full motion videos, none of those crappy ending with text and the guy doing his form in the background.
- A much more in-depth 'Kreate-A-Kombatant', utilizing the Unreal Engine.
- Over a period of time, a player can slowly regain their health, but not to 100% (ala 'Fight Night: Round 3').
- No crappy fatalities like a simple decapitation.
- Fatalities that don't last 3 seconds... If a player is on fire, he should be on fire for about 7-10 seconds, screaming in agony.
- Gears of War style body "explosions" on the necessary fatalitly.
- Slightly more realistic sound effects.
I want this game to push the limits of the 'M' rating, further than Gears did. Not just in gore, but in the storytelling, the graphics, and the attention to detail in everything.
