As we all know, Li Mei has been in three straight MK games (MKDA, MKD and MKA). Since her debut in MKDA, her storyline that involved Shang Tsung and Quan Chi had continued throughout MKA (her MKA storyline had to mention the two, obviously). I feel that the MK Team did a good job with her storylines and endings, in which they kept on with it (which is probably canon). With that in mind, I see that Li Mei still has a lot of potential and I think or say that she should return in MK8. I have not found anyother characters storyline/endings that concluded like Li Mei's. Fantastic work by the MK Team! Not to forget to mention... I love her primary look in MKA, it's so sexy. As for her alt in MKA, I'm not to fond of it at all (  ). LOL!

I'm a huge Li Mei fan and I can see her coming back. She's one of the few fighters that had decent character development and her storyline makes you want to know more. Plus, ya never know if she's gonna come back good or evil.

i really dont like her much, because in her deception ending we can see her true personality, a traitor, but if she returns, i hope that she returns in her correct side, the evil, so she can be killed for the good guys

We can't just always have "good" and "evil" characters in the game. To make it interesting, we need different persona's as well. I don't like her much either, but I don't hate her at all. I like all female characters because MK has a small ratio of them, compared to the over-stock of males. I hope in MK8 they will have an even roster...ig; 8 females and 8 males.

the ending in deception shows her true identity, a opportunist and a traitor, i know that these things give more interest in the story, but i want to see a end to her history, paying the consequences of her acts

She is an interesting charachter. One of the few new ones from MKDA and onward who really were interesting. I think they should continue to develop her more in MK8.

I liked her story and would like to see her back in MK8 if they
give her some real moves. She has weak specials.

Well, I wouldn't put Li Mei on any side; she's like Scorpion, and Anti-Hero; neither good nor evil. She fights for what she feels like is the best cause, then when she see's something better for herself to strive for, she switches sides on a whim.
However, I think we could do without her. In the end, she's just an Outworld woman. Nothing really special. Evil women? We got plenty of those. Good women? Plenty of those too. Neutral women? We also have some of those as well.
She just doesn't stand out to me. Her story was too wishy washy, even for an anti-hero, and it seems like she could never make up her mind on what she wanted. Bout her only redeeming quality was she had one of the most unique and original move sets in some time.

i totally agree, even the creators adited that she was created like a sex symbol, so why to see she again???
