When he added that stuff yesterday the image filename was noob.jpg this morning I checked it agian and he changed the filename to noob02.jpg but the image is exactly the same... I dont know why he changed it...

OH! Hm...
I wonder...
Most obvious connection would be the animalities from before, which ones had which animals again> Check it back on the animals at noob.com, maybe that'll shed some light.
I have an inkling though, and I need someone to check the animality characters against what's on noob.com.

Atleast, that's what it MAY mean...
Maybe...
They eyes though... What about the eyes?
EDIT: THe boss is probably a God, or atleast an omniscient character, the one who really did absorb the power of the gods at the end of MK:A And those Four Characters (Kabak, Noob, Rain, and Reptile) are probably first tier characters in the game.
My new theory, based on my conclusions from the latest Noob picture
EDIT: Maybe Kenshi?... Kenshi, the one who was blind but could still see, maybe the eyes represent him? What was his MKA ending again? I don't remember... Maybe he's not the top, I dunno if we can assume order or tier yet, but I can honestly say none of these is baseless.

Mittens; I always loved your way of thinking, and I think that'd be the safest bet. Either that, or Doug is right, or there could be a third hint to it all;
The new characters.
The eyes see these animals. The animals are hints to the behavoir or characteristics of the new characters.
Figured I'd throw that possbility out there.

now it could just be a theory but still,
If you take the first letter of each animal,
Rino,Anteater/Ardvark,Gorilla and Elephant what does it spell?
