wouldn't "test your strength" be the same thing as Test Your Might?
anyway, I wouldn't mind seeing Test Your Might brought back. I also absolutely LOVED Test Your Sight. I was great with it, and it offered a fun break between matches in my opinion.
maybe bringing another side game like Chess Kombat would be a good idea for MK8. just please, no more Motor Kombat. if I wanted to play Mario Kart, I'd play Mario Kart, thanks.

I would love to see test your might and sight make a return.
I found them to be very enjoyable.
But besides those, I dont want any mini games, no motor, chess, tetris.
Just use that time for the MK game, not adding junk.

the mkd mini games where cool, and i dont want any other gen mk in the game, i prefer using a thing called emulation

Anyone think that a game of MK hand-slaps would be funny? But I'd love for any mini-games really it stops the game becoming stale after having a long run of fights.

If they do include some mini games it be cool if there new ones like a sports mini mortal kombat game would be cool like a basketball one or soccer or whatever. Any mini game with mortal kombat characters can work perfect if they executed it to perfection. I agree as long as they don't recycle the motor kombat mini game though as it was not one of there best thought up mini games.

Mini games like the ones in MKD & MKA offer a nice break from a long run of fighting , I enjoyed Puzzle Kombat in MKD. But at the same time mini games take space, so I say they should put other stuff in higher priority, gameplay and stuff like that. Only mini game I would want in MK would be Test Your Might, as it's the coolest one and the one that would probably take least amount of space.

the test your might and test your sight mini games where great i think, it would be cool for them to return,i also didnt mind puzzlekombat and chess, perhaps a mini game where you test your reflex would be cool

Mini Games should be put in if theres room as TangLung777 said but I do agree with doug if there happens to be minigames, I have several ideas 
1. Tug-O-War - yep thats right I said it, imagine this you pick your character and you and the cpu/online human press buttons as you would in "Test Your Might" this will take place over "death traps" and you already know what would happen to the loser
2. Minigolf - all the courses would be the stages modified with optional "Hazards"
3. Football - nothing fancy like Madden just a basic get the ball to run/pass with stiff arms and jukes maybe some deathtraps.... lol

I like this idea, it would be awesome. Wasn't there a concept idea and sketch about something like this in MKDA?

Personally, I never really enjoyed playing Test Your Might or Test Your Sight, despite the fact that TYM was the first mini game. For the new games, they should come up with something different. Shoo, it's a new storyline, new fighting system, why not come up with new mini games?
