street fighter or any other fighting game wouldnt have the passion that produces mk, every good hit produces a smile in your face, and not anly defeating, but killing you oponent gives you a complete satisfaction

Plus Street Fighter never seems to want to move on. I mean since 1991 when II came out how many different versions have their been of the same game. It has taken 17 years to get to the fourth installment and it still is a 2d game (although very good looking 2.5D to be honest).

I hate that the SF series have been through so many rehashes, SF Turbo, World challenge and etc. Same thing with MK3, It should've been Ultimate MK all along.

TMK recently released a couple of youtube vids about his reaction to this travesty and I have to say that I agree 100+10% with his Street Fighter point. I myself noticed that I was beating the game doing nothing but fireballs and dragon punches. I mean, its not that hard and you dont "have to" learn how to use their punch kick system if you can get the fireball and dragon punch moves down.
Whereas in MK, (excluding MK Trilogy) its very difficult to even freely harpoon your opponent because more than half the times, they duck or block it, forcing you to learn how to actually fight using their punch and kick/evade system.
I actually sat my ass down last night and played 15 minutes of Armageddon. Not the best it could have been but Id rather play that than some silly vs knock off.

offtopic here, but I don't get what's all the fuss about MKarmageddon. I bought it, and loved it. I was kinda dissapointed with the character endings and the bios part but that's kinda it. I still don't understand why people overreact on this bit. It's a game made in a big hurry but it's still mk and has that feel.

I thought Armageddon was game of the year when I first got it. Its been a year since.  But I agree with you about the endings and bios. I was really dissapointed about those. I bought Deception afterwards and realized that it came with more content, endings (killer screen shots) and mini games that were more ambitious/fun to play than the ones found in Armageddon.
Back on topic, wait..what were we talking about? Oh yeah.. MK vs DC. Yeahhh... Comes out sometime in November right?
