If you have Adobe Photoshop, all you have to do is select around the mask area and then go to the options menu to change the hue of the color. This is for whom asked how it was done.
The wonders of photoshop.

Nice ones dude. They all looked awesome. Just came to mind, I hope that they didn't design the ninjas so damn radically. they should do it like they did it on MKSM, keep the concept, but still making it look different.

I'm all for the ninja look, but they don't need to look like clones of one another. With the raw power of the Unreal III engine to utilise I expect to see obvious difference between each of the ninja characters that happen to be included in MK vs DC.
Also nice edits dude, simple but effective.
