Any and all comics and characters that are under the legal rights of DC Comics; so it's basically a blanket term for anything under DC copyright.
Which makes me want to laugh my ass off when I think about it, because of the small chance that characters from a manga series could be in MK vs DC as DC has liscenced and distributed a few manga series, a big one being Tenjho Tenge.
