So, I was sitting down watching all of TMK's videos on youtube, and in the video when he talks about how he got into MK, one though in my head was "I want that shirt.". I think if TMK has the time and start up resources he could start a very sucessful and maybe even profitable TMK shop here.
My Uncle Dave, does shirt selling, if anyone has seen my myspace pictures (which i am still in the process of fixing my account there), they would have seen a shirt:

I know, not exactly people friendly, but that was one of the originals made. he does it on the side with his normal job, and makes some nice cash out of it. My point here is he only sells these items to people he knows and people he runs into. Imagine just what TMK could do with a well known and loved site like this.
And I know I'm probably not the only one who would love to have some TMK shirts and mugs or what not.

It would be nice ti have a TMK shirt. But how much would it cost to ship, I mean TMK lives in Australia, I live in England that is a hell of a postage price for one t-shirt.

Hm.... that's a good point. Obviously we need TMK's input on this, but I'm sure something could be arranged, if we really wanted it. I wouldn't mind paying a little extra to cover for shipping.

I know I, for one, would wear the ever-loving hell out of a TMK shirt (preferably a ladies' cut shirt for me, s'il vous plait). especially if it's really nice and stitched like his is. I wouldn't mind it costing more, because I value quality over the price of it.
and just think of what great publicity it would be for the site! someone walks up to you while you're wearing the shirt:
"oh wow, nice shirt. where'd you get it?"
"totalmortalkombat.com, bitches! get on it!"
there'd be almost guaranteed more traffic to the site, and an undoubted increase in popularity, 'cause let's face it. this site kicks like, nine kinds of booty.
so yeah. Total-MK. how 'bout opening shop? I don't know much about business, but if you need help, I'm here to lend a hand. =)

Id love to sell TMK shirts. the problem is this:
The shirt I wear in my MK videos and when I attend E3 I made up using the mk:da font and the dragon...I made it to represent the site at E3. But I know one thing, and that is if I were to sell the shirts then Midway would not be happy. Anyone using the "Dragon logo" for profit has to pay royalties to Midway. MK Online tried to sell MKO shirts with the dragon and got knocked back. In fact ]{0mbat from MK Online even wanted a TMK shirt! The shirts cost me $45 australian dollars to get made up as Chibi said they are embroided so they look awesome. The place I use makes high quality stuff and even made some of the promos for the Olymics Games. I spose I could sell like TMK mugs n stuff that just said "total mortal kombat - the realm of the warriors" and stuff...I think there is a site that does that cafe something but I just think without the dragon it looses its apeal, what do u guys think?

I agree with the fact that without the dragon it looses it's appeal. You have contacts with Midway right? Could it be possible to come to some agreement with them?

Honestly, i expected the dragon to be an issue when i suggested this. Though the dragon is indeed a nice personal touch, what I care about over all is being able to proudly show off and represent the TMK community. I'd be fine with any merchandise you can make, and like me and Chibi said, we're more then welcome to pay extra for the quality and shipping.
