Anyone else from here buy it yet. I bought it on release date which was the tuesday that just past for my xbox 360. I have to say this game is incredible. In all of the gta games i've played this one is the best one rockstar has made it's just insanely addictive. There's so much stuff to do and the missions range from easy to hard. Of course i got alot of missions left to go to beat the game but each mission is better then the last one. The online play in it is excellent as well. The achievements of course are also well made and fun to try and get them all unlocked got 6 out of 50 so far. But yeah anyone else who has it yet for ps3 or xbox 360 just post your thoughts about this game.

yeah i got it on Wednesday and think its amazing,the level of detail for such a huge city is incredible and so much to do and the police chases are more fun then ever with the physic's especially when pedestrians get in the way lol,great game

I've played and completed GTAIII, VC ans SA. They're fun to play in the beginning but then it all seem so pointless and it ends up with no replay value in the end. No story and likeable characters(especially CJ, hate him!). Is GTAIV any different or...?

Yeah this game is way different from any of the last gta series games. The characters are more likeable in this game. And the replay value is great ign who reviewed the game the reviewer said even though he beat it once this game is as good enough to go back and do it all over again cause there's so much stuff in it.

I dont know why, but i dont like these games, its just matbe because ist my personality, i dont like stealing, even in a videogame

Anyway if I get one of the new consoles, it'd be most lilkely that I'll never get it or I'll give it a try first. There are lots of other games I look more forward too. Gears 2, completed the 1st one at my friend's place, great game. MGS4, MK vs DC, SF4(good premise, even if I'm not a fan of SF) and other some other games.

There is a sign that this is a good game. Go onto ebay and see what people are bidding for it. The idiots of the general public willing to pay more than what they could get it for in some of the most expensive shops.

Yesterday a friend of mine brought this over to play, and it was just as aweful as the rest of them... The controls, following up with San Andreas were more of an annoyance, then a neat feature, and wore my fingers as if I was playing a game with actual challenge (Like Devil May Cry). One improvement they made that I did rather enjoy was concerning the wanted system. I liked being able to just get out of the blue area and not having to sit my ass all day long while I waited for the cops to leave me alone just because I decided to run over some old people.
Ultimately, I still feel like the only GTA game that I could seriously sit down and enjoy to a degree was GTA3 on computer, due to all the mods I could slap on it. If I really need a mindless rampage of civilian killing just to be hounded by the law, I'll play Oblivion.

Heh!
Anyway, what price is GTA at Ebay? After watching some more vids on Youtube I find the game to more enticing as I watch it. However the feeling that it will be the exact same thing is still here.
