first of all to play as him get the cheat menu "scott's stuff" one of the options will be to enable him say "YES" (he can ONLY be played in muliti -player  )
now that thats out of the way

shao kahn
HP=heavy punch
LP=heavy punch
HK=heavy kick
LK = heavy kick
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
SP. moves
F,F,LP=sholder charge
F,F,HP=flying charge
D,D,HK="buhahahhaaaa!
D,D,LK=point taunt
there are more like the hammer and green ball thing but they are hard as fuck to do i will tell you more as i figure them out

Not to discredit your work, but posting codes/move lists are generally frowned upon here, as TMK already has a massive collection of tips and tricks right on site, and what isn't on TMk, can easily found on a strategy guide site. For example, a complete move list for UMK3 including all of Shao Kahns moves.
