In this interview he talks about the usual stuff but there is a box rolling through the screen showing confirmed characters.
MK chars: Scorpion, SubZero, Liu Kang, Shang Tsung, Mileena, Sindel.
DC chars: Batman, Superman, Poison Ivy, Catwoman, Martian Manhunter, Green Lantern.
EDIT: It's also best to keep in mind that we should wait for Midway to confirm this.

The confirmed characters sound cool so far. Im sure Kitana is going to be in this game as well cause of course if Mileena's in there they never left out her twin sister in any game with her in it so that's good to know. Ed Boon though is seriously like someone said a broken record. Every damn interview he's said the same bullshit about the game. Which is a waste of a video interview cause people are expecting to know alot more about this game then the main crap we already know about it. I know i said i didn't like the idea at first of this game but i might buy it and give it a chance at first. Who knows maybe it'll be good for a one time type of game if he does make a real mortal kombat game after this.

I hated that Superman vs Spider-Man comic... well not hate but it was so below par for Spidey. I can agree with most of the characters confirmed so far but why Poison Ivy when we can have Joker? Why Catwoman when there is Wonder Woman? I hope Reptile is in there somewhere along with Cyrax.

You're welcome! It'd be awesome to work at Midway but I live a bit too far from the US 
Yeah I agree on what you said about DC, Jabbawocky. I don't really like the female choices in DC's roster. I think Poison Ivy sucks. Maybe because of Batman & Robin. The characters you listed are by far more iconic and known. There will be a few more though. I couldn't be more pleased with MK's roster so far. I'd be happy if Kung Lao and Cyrax would make the cut too.

Yes for what you all said about DC characters but for MK I dont think Sindel is a great choice. I played with Sindel only a couple of time on MK 3 and on the other MKs as well. I am happy that my favourite Character Liu Kang is back just hope that he won't have that Zombie thing again, I would rather see his Kimono like on MK4, I think that it was a sick costume.
Also I hope that Raiden is going to be there, I am sure he is going to be in it!
Question: Who is going to lead MK characters when their world collides with DCrap!!
Answer: Raiden!!!
For Raiden I just hope that he wont be black again.

HAHAHA! Why Wonder "Whore"?! Man that cracked me up! Anyway I'm not familiar with DC females. I think that Bane and Lobo are great candidates for this game. Lobo especially he looks like he would blend in well.
Yeah it's best to actually wait for confirmation.
I'm not much for Sindel either, hk. I just never liked her that much. I think Kitana should be in there, she's the best MK female imo. Rayden should be in there. And other fillers I'd choose would be Kung Lao,Jax and Reptile.
