HOW DO YOU BEAT MOTARO?
Please does anyone know the codes to unlock more charecters as well? Who on here plays on wi fi? thankyou.

wellllll to unlock the 3 characters, you must lose 2 consecutive rounds, then let the kontinue menu subside, then a code menu will appear, tap the following codes for the following characters:
Ermac:12344
Mileena:22264
Sub-Zero classic:81835
also there is human smoke, to unlock him choose robot smoke, then in the tound before shao kahn says round 1, hold R+L+Y+X+Left aand you'll blow up into human smoke, which by the way is only a gray, smoky, version of Scorpion, with scorpions moves aand everything note that the menu will not appear
to beat motaro what you could do is:
set the time for 30 seconds, then fight him till either the time is up, or you kill him, just make sure you have more health than him, ways to deal damage to him is, usually his first move will be a trip, so fly kick him then as he goes after you uppercut him, or vice versa,

you can beat motaro easily with some kind of kombo move with each characters, wait til he come close of you and perform a combo , UMK3 is really easy i think, if you are able to know the move and time to attack enemy, its pretty easy, just practice, if your in trouble anyway, take Cyrax , is combo is really easy to perform , for shao kahn is the same damn thing to do.

Is there any way to turn the difficulty of this game down? I know I'm not great at the old school Mortal Kombats, but I figure I should at least be able to get past the Endurance round on Novice, which is currently the farthest I've been able to get using any character. Is there a cheap tactic to defeat the CPU opponents? It seems like the game completely shifts into rape mode after the first three fights, and everything you do is countered because the enemies read your button inputs. I'd like to at least see Motaro and Shao Kahn at some point.

If you don't mind being really cheap, using Sonya and her energy rings and leg grab can be pretty good, and Jax's forward forward high kick (don't know the name of the move) helps too. As for Motaro, just jump kick him a lot and hopefully it will work (it doesn't always work, but it's the only way I can beat him) for Shao Kahn, I just use Sub-Zero or Klassic Sub-Zero to freeze him a lot. I'm aloud to be cheap on a boss. Again, it doesn't always work, but it's the only thing that works for me.

Haha, thanks for the tips. Sonya was leg grabbing her way to victory, but Lui Kang still pooped in my cheerios on the first Elimination round and refused to show even a shred of mercy in all my followup attempts. What a ridiculously overtuned MK game!

I find the best way to beat Motaro is to not stop moving at all, or he'll just back-kick you. Jumping around and doing uppercuts when he teleports beside you should be an effective method, works for me.

Actually, and I'm not trying to be a douche, but, Human Smoke is faster than Scorpion, He has pop-ups, which leads to way deadlier kombos, definately a good starting character
