i think you just enter the combo either when your being finished or when your finishing them

You can only use the hara kiri when you're being finished...
for the list of the harakiris, look it up on gamefaqs.com
As for to add the profile picture, just click the change profile settings in the top left corner, and bam, all done.

Motaro isn't in it, neither is Quan Chi. Goro is only in the Gamecube and PSP versions, and you can't play as Onaga.
Seriously, looking this up only takes 1 minute with google...
