who do you think would be on the next soul caliber if they were to have mk characters as quest i think scorpion and sub zero would most likely be on there because of their popularity possibly baraka jade idk alot possibly but what do you think?

thats a topic ive been waiting for
yeah its an excellent idea .. though i think that every mk character would have his / her sword on so that they can compete with each other ... like Scorpion is going to have his mugai ryu sword always on ... and sub zero too .. his kori blade
i hope ed boon makes this game

If Boon has his way, every fighting game would have a crossover title and every fighting game character in history would battle it out... I would love to see that.
Personally, I'd love to see the mix, but they're two different extremes of the fighting panel. Soul Calibur is weapons based; it's only had one character who fought bare handed, and that was Hiechi in SC2. MK is martial arts based, mostly in unarmed fighting, as well as special moves and magic; though magic is refered to a lot in SC, it's never used in actual fighting. (Well, with the exception of some characters)

Oh Scorpion would definitely have to be in this one, I think Sub-Zero and Kenshi as well. I fully agree that this is one cross over that should definitely be made... in my opinion it makes more sense than MK vs DC, so if they can pull that off…who knows what’s next…MK vs DBZ?
