ive been playing halo since the first halo and got really attracted to the game when i played halo 2 ... its pretty much the same as halo 3 you know

You'd be surprised. Most PC gamers think Halo is trash; mostly due to they have, and have always had far better titles then Halo. And even on the Xbox/360, there's far better shooters.
Hell, on my PS2, I have a game that's so damn unheard of and it's far better.
My point, Halo just got a lot of hype that people fell into, and because it was all they had to cling to on the xbox/360, they were suckered in. The same happened for PS2 gamers, most were sucked into Killzone. (Myself included), but once you wake up from the hype and sit back and actually look at the game for what it is, you realize in most cases, it's nothing special, and probably sucks.
And my friend, Halo sucks.

I was never attracted to the Halo series, though I played the first one a couple of times. I'm not interested in playing Halo 3.
What's funny is that I remember all these nerds at my high school geeking about how there will never be a Halo 3 when the Halo 2 first came out.

im really surprised.... really really surprised... the first halo is shit i know that but halo 2 and 3 .... the best.... most japanese guys , the ps3 fans hate halo because they dont have halo on the ps3 .. for it is exclusive on xbox 360 ..... we all know its like a competition between ps3 and the 360
.. they really get jealous of the 360 because they dont have halo 3
... and i want to make this point clear : the ps3 are the best at rpg and fighting games ... but the 360 the best at shooters and strategey games
its a matter of oppinion actually ... this is my oppinion

I have to disagree with a lot of what you just said...
The first Halo was the only one that was 'original' of the three; the other two just took copy pasta shooter ideas and moved the story half an inch, and called it good.
To say that PS3 gamers hate Halo just because we don't have it, is a laughable statement.
1. Halo started on original Xbox, and the PS2 had better shooters, Killzone and Cold Winter for instance.
2. PS3 and even the 360 possess shooters better then Halo 2 and 3; Gears of War, Army of Two, Team Fortress 2, Gears of War 2, Uncharted Drakes Fortune; to list a few.
And I have to strongly disagree about your game statements of 360 and PS3, if we were talking about PS2 and Xbox, that game genre statement would be perfectly fitting, but since the new gen, things have flipped.
The PS3 has virtually no RPG's to even really speak of. The majority of what we have, were originally 360 exclusives at one point and time. And the majority of the fighters on the PS3 as well are multiplatform titles.
However, if we talk shooters and strategy, the PS3 leads the pack. Having deep involving shooters like Warhawk and coming next year MAG, nothing on the 360 really competes in terms of game depth and multiplayer experience. Even the PC has a hard time rivaling MAG.
And strategy games? The PS3 easily has this down pat with games like PixelJunk: Monsters and Disgaea 3.
Now, as for RPG's again most are all 360 titles. Even fighting games have grown more epic on the 360, as many exclusive fighters still rain supreme.

you conviced me .... i was wrong for saying ps3 had lots of rpg : the only rpg i can think for the ps3 is oblivion ...
i must correct myself :
What i had to say is ps2 .. i was wrong for saying ps3 .
now lets replace ps3 and xbox 360 and putting ps2 and the xbox
the ps2 is better at fighting games and rpg, than the xbox ... but the xbox is better at shooters .... and only shooters
am i correct now ?

I think its hard to say who is better at what these days. Third party companiesdon't really want to block out ponetially half of the market so they rarely make exclusive games any more. If both consoles now share most of the same games (minus that which are made by first and second parties) its all in your head if you think about it.

I have never really been into Halo myself but I played Halo 3 and honestly I thought it was totally over rated. There really is nothing new in this game. I think because there was such a hype about the game (happens often) before it was released everyone expected a bit more you know?

Nothing New ? .... What About Forge ? And The New Theatre That Lets You Watch Matches You Playes In Match Making , Costume Match, Campain Or Even Local Matches ... and Forge lets You Edit Stages And Weapons To Them .... New Weapons , Better Shooting System ..... AGH !! .. Theres Lots !! And you say Theres Nothing New .... You Have To Play Eery Halo First To Compare.

Whats the forge again isn't that just a room where you can make custom matches such as zombie? Thats not new that feature has been in the Smackdown series for a long time with heavy customised matches. The theatre isn't something new either other games have let you record gameplay before and unless you have something damn impressive to show off I feel its a waste of time.

maybe you're right about playing them all before I compare but honestly I really didn't enjoy Halo 3, and I don't think i could bring myself to play another one.
