I think you've got those backwards, CrazyFox.
I think the Xbox 360 is a great console with a lot of fun games for it.

there's a much bigger selection than with the PS3 at the moment, and much better graphics than the Wii. of course, there's still that whole Red Ring of Death thing, but that's Microsoft for ya. my husband and I have had our 360 for over a year now, and we both still really enjoy playing games. not to mention that if you have an external hard drive, you can just plug that sucker into your 360 and watch whatever videos (or look at pictures or listen to music) you've got on there (as long as they're .avi or another compatible format).
as for MK vs DCU, unfortunately, you're getting the short end of the stick on that part. the game is mediocre at best, really. there are a few new frills to the fighting system, but other than that, the game really doesn't bring anything new to the table.
in my own opinion, I think that if you really want to invest in a quality fighting game that takes full advantage of what the Xbox 360 has to offer, then my recommendation would be Soul Calibur IV.
please keep in mind that these are all just my own thoughts, and obviously other people will have differing opinions on the matter.

I totally agree with ChibiHana, for the moment the Xbox probably is the better choice as far as game selection goes. In my opinion MK vs DC really isn't an awesome game, its ok...so Xbox? yes, MK vs DC? debatable... if you are a crazy MK fan, then you are probably going to wanna have MK vs DC anyway...if not, then go for SC IV if you can.

I've almost had my 360 for a year now and I can so far say its been worth it. There always at the moment seems to be a game on the horizon that I want, unlike my very sparsely used Wii which seems to have expended all its first party games from what I can tell.

MKvsDC has really grown on me. I still don't think its awesome...but i no longer feel that it is ok...its good. anyway, that's my opinion if you are still not sure check if one of your mates has it and play it a bit first before you buy.

Get MK vs DC
The 360? No dont get it. Get the PS3 its more expensive but you will get your money's worth. As for the who has better games topic I'd say as of now I'd say the PS3. Look at some of the upcoming 2009 Ps3 exclusives
